You should have an improving win rate, you must have TeamSpeak and a reliable connection and headset.
Privates and above MUST be in TeamSpeak when they are in-game. This is where the fun is - the difference between pubbies and clan membership.
Members will be demoted to Recruit and then be excluded from the clan for repeated inability to be in TeamSpeak when asked to by an Officer.
