Able to use team speak - you dont have to speak but be able to listen to them mad bants!

Atleast 1 tier 6 tank for SH - Type64, Skoda T24, Skoda T40, Cromwells, T37 etc
tier 8 SH Tanks - curently Not a must but would be helpfull for future progression.
